We are a boutique real estate property management company. Our expertise is small, historic apartment communities in Los Angeles. Our goal is to create the best living experience possible for our residents and foster a sense of community in our buildings. We manage buildings in areas that we call "Urban Nodes." These are neighborhoods that have their own unique identity and "mini-downtown," but are within striking distance of major urban employment and entertainment centers such as Downtown LA, Santa Monica, Culver City, Century City, and Hollywood.
